Updated some pvp info.

Some personal highlights for me:

• Guild Wars 2 will *not* have pvp armor in the general sense of stat differences (yay!), only cosmetic changes
• Guilds will be able to capture keeps in world pvp and upgrade them, etc
• World pvp is always open
• You can level entirely in world pvp
