Thread: is MO always this irritating?

Default is MO always this irritating?

So i finally fixed my bug with not getting my skills by re-installing the client (about a days worth of patching). Then i logged in and tried to go taming at a spot i was sent to earlier. Took me 45 minutes to get there because it was night and i could not see a thing (literally the screen was black). once i got there I tamed a creature and not more than 30 seconds later some dude onhorseback comes and 1 shots me with some magic spell. So i travel for 20 minutes to rez and another 20 minutes back to the spot and before i get there a group of like 6 people comes running up and kills me without a word.

Again i run 20 minutes to rez and head back......only to be killed again by yet a different group of individuals without a word. To me this is very irritating because now I have spent nearly 3 houtrs in game only traveling and rezzing...not my idea of fun.

Any suggestions, because I am close to uninstalling this game for good.

I would suggest playing with us in our area. There are a lot of things close by and we all help each other

First of all you need a horse. People are less likely to attack you if they see you are on a horse since you can just run away. I will get you the horse riding books and a horse if you meet me in Morin Khur next time you are online. Also like Ikkari said, once you get your taming up to 35 you can come to the pigs near where we are all at. This is not 100% safe by any means but it will help a bit.

You know the definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results...

And I like the dark, makes night time...different.

Though I'll admit. I'm more inclined to log out and wait for daylight then try and do shit in the darkness.

    idk what you're talking about.

Most of my random encounters with unknown players involves whipped cream, feathers, & handcuffs. Everybody is just so friendly in MO!
