Quick update:

As a few of you have already realised, we have set up a Ticket System for our support crew shortly before release.

Please note that there will be no more support for mails sent directly to support@starvault.se. All incoming mails will be disregarded. Support is ONLY given via the Ticket System.

For those of you who have sent a support request to the address lately and did not get a reply: Your request WILL still be answered. It is simply new requests as of now that will no longer be recognized.
