Forum Update March 9, 2010

Hello all,

This morning I made a number of updates the forums, here is a brief list:

• Updated forum software to version 4.0.2 Patch Level 1 to make it up to date with the current vBulletin software release.
• Added a number of new styles in a "darker" theme to more reflect the new direction with Mortal Online.
• Added a shoutbox as per popular demand.
• Permission issue with the main page should be resolved now.

There were several more updates made to "behind the scenes" type stuff. Enjoy the updates/changes and as always, be sure to send me a Private Message or e-mail if you discover any issues.

With the styles black&grey and grey gremlin, I cannot see the words in the shoutbox. Most likely because the words and background are both in white.

The only people who can see it so far are Ikkari and Tais, maybe it is permissions bug?

Dark Rider is the only theme where I can see it properly, have you guys tried that one?

I've rectified the issue with the shoutbox, I forgot to set permissions for some groups to see it. It should be all set. As to the templates, I didn't make those but I will see what I can do about sorting out the look of the shoutbox on them.
